Care Property Hub matches care providers with landlords whose properties suit supported living. We built the public platform, an admin console and the API behind them.

The idea

Nisha Patel saw a gap in supported living: care providers struggled to find suitable, compliant homes, landlords struggled to find reliable long-term tenants, and nothing brought the two together. Care Property Hub was her answer, and we built the platform to run it.

Care Property Hub is a founder-led UK business focused on supported living and care housing. It brings together care providers looking for suitable homes and the landlords and agents who own them.

The problem

The sector had no central place to match properties with providers.

  1. Care providers struggled to find suitable, compliant properties in the right places.

  2. Landlords struggled to find long-term tenants with reliable income.

  3. Agents spent hours chasing leads with no structured way to match them.

What we built

Requirements on one side, properties on the other, and a matching engine in between.

  • Accounts for every role

    Care providers, landlords and admins each get verified accounts and their own views.

  • Requirements and listings

    Providers post requirements; landlords list properties with photos and compliance certificates.

  • Bulk upload

    Both sides can upload from a spreadsheet instead of typing every record.

  • Matching engine

    Suggestions ranked by postcode and area, with manual matching for admins.

  • Viewings and maps

    Viewing requests every party can confirm, plus demand and property maps built on postcode data.

  • CRM automation

    14 GoHighLevel automations fire on key events, and only when data actually changes.
