What we collect

When you send an enquiry

The enquiry form collects your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), the service you are interested in, the project details you write, and the time you submitted it. The form is provided by GoHighLevel, our CRM, and what you submit is stored there. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.

When you browse the site

Our hosting provider processes standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the website and keep it secure. The enquiry form is loaded from GoHighLevel's servers and uses a Cloudflare check to block automated submissions, so both receive your IP address and basic browser data when you open the contact page.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain. The enquiry form on the contact page is loaded from GoHighLevel, together with a script that sizes the form on the page; the form and its Cloudflare check may use cookies or similar browser storage to work and to stop spam. How we use it, and our lawful basis

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a potential project. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• To run and secure the website. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure, working website.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

We use service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract, and only for the purposes above:
